Nick and Emily's love story begins where all great love stories begin, the front porch of a fraternity house. Nick was hanging out with his fraternity brothers on the front porch of Sigma Tau at Pittsburg State University when he first saw Emily. Emily just thought that Nick wanted to be friends but little did she know he already knew she was the one. Nick asked her to go to Bob's for breakfast the next day and the rest is history!

Nick and Emily officially started dating in 2019 when Nick finally asked Emily to be his girlfriend in the parking lot of 505 (their favorite college bar). Since then, one of their favorite activities to do together is travel. They have gone on an annual trip to Eureka Springs, Arkansas every year and it is their unofficial second home. They hope to continue their travel adventures as they enter into this next phase of life.

Nick found another piece to love about Emily when he first met her french bulldog, Gilbert. Gilbert is the spunkiest, most charm filled dog that Nick had ever met. He officially adopted Gilbert and became a step father to this pup when they started dating. Their little family has been inseparable ever since. He will be joining them on their big day as the ring bearer.

Emily and Nick have been building a life together since college. They officially moved in together in summer of 2022. Once both Nick and Emily graduated from Pittsburg State University, they decided it was time to get a home in Grandview, MO. They share the home with their french bulldog, Gilbert. They hope to share the home with more frenchies soon!

Nick had planned to propose to Emily for months and was an absolute nervous wreck, he wanted everything to be perfect. In December of 2022, Nick surprised Emily by getting down on one knee. Emily burst into tears and, of course, said yes! The couple then celebrated with family and friends. They have been planning this special day ever since!
